We do not accept returns or exchanges on open products. If your product is defective (bottle broken/not working) please email for support.

We want you to love every product you choose at Ritual. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Please include clear photos of the issue to help us process your replacement quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, used tools, limited-edition items, gift cards, or products purchased during promotional sales.
